Yes, there are stereotypes.
Yes, there are kernels of truth in some.
Yes, there are people who embody such.
However, there are many more people who don’t!
Avoid stereotypical places, like bars, and go somewhere else! Go dance! Go hike! Join a book club! Join a common interest club!

The art of in person conversation isn’t a lost art, despite the phone and social media emphasis. People try to learn about each other.

Stop focusing on the stereotypes!
Start focusing on the people who care, ask questions, and think outside of the box. Or don’t, it’s your life. 😉

Good morning. How was your night? I found this wonderful piece and it’s worth sharing with you, here it goes:

A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty transparent jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
